Dr Jefferson Webster
Senior Neurosurgeon and Spinal Surgeon
Dr Jefferson Webster is the founder and the Managing Director of the Centre for Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery and Spine Surgery.
Dr Webster has a special interest in minimally invasive and minimal access surgery for the brain and, skull base and spine.
Dr Webster undertook his MBBS at the University of Queensland and was trained in Brisbane, Melbourne and Townsville with specialty obtaining FRACS in 2006. He has undertaken post fellowship subspecialty training in Pittsburgh, USA, in skull base and spine surgery using endoscopic techniques and minimally invasive strategies to access skull base and pituitary tumors, cranial nerve disorders, and complex spine and vascular pathologies.
Dr Webster is a leading neurosurgeon within Australia, utilizing various technologies including stereotactic navigations, intra-operative imaging, nerve integrity monitoring, the latest state of the art technology in endoscopy, minimally invasive brain and spine surgery and robotic spinal surgery techniques.
He is appointed as Visiting Consultant Neurosurgeon to Princess Alexandra Hospital and is a certified Independent Medical Examiner.
Dr Michael Stuart

As a graduate of the Australian neurosurgical training program Dr Stuart is pleased to provide care in all aspects of brain, spine and peripheral nerve surgery with a focus on the adoption of new technologies including robotics, nerve monitoring and endoscopy for minimally invasive targeted treatments.
Dr Stuart has a particular appreciation for the healthcare needs of the rural community having grown up in Mackay (North Queensland) and has a specific practice focus on the provision of rapid access telehealth services and outreach clinics for rural patients.
Dr Stuart is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and a Member of the Neurosurgical Society of Australasia. He provides services at the Queensland Children’s Hospital, Townsville University Hospital and Centre for Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery and Spine Surgery.
